Determining Protein–Protein Interaction Using Support Vector Machine: A Review

چکیده

Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) is a network of protein interconnections which regulates most the biological methods. A sound state biota largely depends on synchronized interactions between molecules, and any aberrant molecules may lead to complications, including cervical leukemia, tuberculosis, other neural disorders. In PPI investigation, plethora computational methods have been developed over years analyze predict conclusively; however, majority these techniques proved be strenuous expensive. Therefore, need for faster, accurate, critical analysis warrants adoption Machine Learning (ML) such as Support Vector (SVM), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Random Forest Model (RFM). These classifiers are useful in unfolding terms amino acid sequence data. The SVM classifier, particular, serviceable solving complex classification problems producing robust results reasonable time frame. This publication summarizes some state-of-art based investigations challenges incurred application method.
